Tickets go on sale at the next planning meeting. At that time ticket sales will be only available to the volunteers, sold by the committee chairs.

You MUST attend ONE planning meeting to sign up for a committee. Committee members will have first chance for TICKETS. Then the GSR’s will be next, then the general AA District 9 population. THIS IS A SELL OUT EVENT EVERY YEAR. So if you want to go get a ticket then get on a committee, the GSR’s in August will only have limited number of TICKETS!

This is a District wide event. So the planning meetings rotate around. There have been several planning meeting already. The last was at the 4D June 30th. So now one must travel to the next. 11 committees are full already. 9 are left but spots are going fast.

The Parking Lot Committee still has 4 slots left (easy  job) and Dinner Service has 26 left. But again you MUST go to just ONE  planning meeting. Once your on a committee then that chair will contact you to set things up for your service.

750 AA’s from District 9 (Broward County) attend this dinner each year. Over 200 volunteers make this dinner happen. There is NO non AA help. We do it all.

There will be a national level speaker at this event!

Flyers and committee list will be one our bulletin board. Each committee has it’s own start time, so look it over.
